Intermediate Chair Yoga – Wednesday

Continue your exercise journey and join us again for our 8 Week Intermediate Chair Yoga Exercise Classes starting on 11/20/24 – 1/22/25,  Classes are from 10:15 AM - 11:00 AM.  NO Classes 12/25/24 & 1/1/25. $80 per 8 week session, no refunds.
