Please join us at TMC’s General meeting on Thursday, January 4 starting at 10:00 AM.  Our program will be “Size Matters…..Choosing Just Enough for You” with our guest speaker Lenore Luckey.

Lenore Luckey, Registered Dietician & Certified Food Scientist, and long-standing TMC member. She will present multiple aspects of food science, nutrition, meal planning, and the like along with a demonstration of appropriate serving food sizes using food models. Lenore will also provide information and lead a discussion of the 2016 redesigned Nutrition Facts Panel.

A question and answer period will take place after the program but Lenore has requested that if there is a specific question you would like answered, you may send it to her at shc69lpl@gmail.com before the meeting so she will have your answer readily available that morning.
