George Burroughs Scholarship(s) applications are based based primarily on volunteer activities, not including service hours required for academic or religious programs..  The applicant must be a resident of Madison, NJ in their senior year of high school with plans of attending either a trade school or a 2 – 4 year college program.  Applications for this scholarship are reviewed by TMC trustees who determine the number and amount of scholarships awarded on an annual basis.
